WHAT TO EXPECT

The farmhouse sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms. On the ground floor, there’s one bedroom alongside a large family bathroom with a deep bath—ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Upstairs, you’ll find four further bedrooms, including one with an en suite shower room, while the other three share a stylish and modern shower room. The sleeping arrangements include two king-size beds, two double beds, and one bunk bed (two singles), making it perfect for mixed groups or large families.

The kitchen is fitted with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals together. It features an electric range-style oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and a coffee machine. A separate utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, and clothes drying rack—perfect for longer stays or after days spent outdoors.

We’ve made the farmhouse as family-friendly as possible with a highchair, travel cot, and stair gate available for younger guests. Whether you’re travelling with children or meeting up for a multi-generational holiday, we’ve got the practicalities covered.

Relax by the open fire in the lounge or enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove in the conservatory—initial logs for both are included. Entertainment options include a Smart TV with Netflix in the lounge, another Smart TV in the kitchen, a Sony PS4 with games and two controllers, and a great selection of board games for cosy nights in.

Step outside to enjoy a large private garden with a mix of gravelled and lawned areas. There’s a charcoal BBQ, firepit, and plenty of garden furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. A lockable shed is available for storing skis, bikes, or equestrian gear, and there’s ample parking for over 15 vehicles—including space for a 7.5-ton horsebox.

We welcome two well-behaved dogs at no extra charge. To keep the farmhouse in top condition, we do ask that dogs stay downstairs and out of the bedrooms.

A minimum stay of three nights is required. Stag and hen parties are not permitted, and group bookings should be confirmed with the host to ensure the purpose of the visit is for a holiday. The farmhouse is ideal for leisure stays, and we take pride in offering a peaceful and respectful environment for all our guests.

We cater for friends, families, anglers, golfers, equestrians, cyclists and shooting parties. A valuables safe is available for guest use, and those bringing firearms may use the gun safe on-site (a copy of your gun certificate is required in exchange for the key).
